The following form is for 10 player cards on a page. Nine skaters and one goalie.
If you fill out this form twice you will have a full team with three 5 player units, 2 goalies, and 3 Black Aces (extras).
You can fill out as many players as you like. Make sure you press the “Send” button at the end of every players stats that you fill in. Otherwise the form wont save the entry.

Step 1 – Enter player stats in the designated fields
Step 2 – IMPORTANT!!! Press the send button for each player to send them into the Team Machine.
Step 3 – Double check your stats to make sure you get acurate player cards
Step 4 – Press the “Activate Team Machine” and you will be transported to your new player sheet.
Step 5 – Print and trim your cards and your ready for game action!

Your stats will be saved to edit or print when you log back in.
