Welcome to the team machine where the possibilities are only limited to your imagination.
The Imagine Hockey Board Game Player Cards are based on the statistics of real players.
The players stats such as games played goals, assists, penalty minutes and plus/minus are converted into Player cards with Action Numbers that reflects the players strengths and weaknesses.
As a buyer of the Imagine Board Game you have free access to the team machine where you enter player statistics, and name your players and team.
Build teams from history with real names and real teams. Re-create a historical tournament or playoff.
Or even get creative and make up team names and player names like we did. For example our Bears team is made up of 20 bear names and the statistics are from the 1971/72 Bruins. Our Furricanes team is made up of 20 dog breeds and the statistics are from the Carolina Hurricanes.
All you need is the players stats from any league and the rest is yup to you.
• Build a team from the 60s and one from modern day and see who comes out on top
• Build your favorite womens team and battle against a mens team
• Use the same stats for two different teams only changing names and numbers this makes the two teams exactly even leaving the success to chance and coaching
• Build your favorite team and put yourself in the lineup by assuming the stats of one of the players. Simply enter the players stats you want to emulate and replace their name with your own and presto your skating along side your favorite players
• Or create several teams and have a tournament
• Get creative and replace players and teams with fun names, celebrities, players from other sports ect. like we have done with the teams included in the game
• Gather a pool of players and their stats and condct a draft with your friends
• Make trades
• The possibilities are endless and ensures the game never gets boring
To create your own teams and player’s go to the team machine and login with you membership included with the game.
once logged in you can begin building your team. The team machine form allows for 9 skaters and one goalie. Enter your players stats and send into the team machine. After all player stats are entered Activate Team Machine and presto a print friendly PDF file is produced of your player cards and their stats converted to Action Numbers. Simply print and trim and your team is ready for game action!
HOW TO USE THE
HOCKEY TEAM MACHINE
STEP ONE
CHOOSE YOUR PLAYERS
Choose your players. Re-create a team in history or choose individual players from different teams. Gather their basic stats.
STEP TWO
TEAM COLORS
Choose a jersey color. There are 8 different Team Machine color options. Choose the Team Machine with the jersey color you want for your team.
STEP THREE
ENTER STATS
Enter the players numbers, names, team, and basic stats.
Check to make sure the stats are entered correctly. Send players to the Team Machine and press ACTIVATE TEAM MACHINE and Presto!
STEP FOUR
PRINT & TRIM
After ACTIVATING THE TEAM MACHINE a new browser window will open showing your teams PLAYER CARDS with stats converted to ACTION NUMBERS. Simply print, trim the cards, and your team is ready for game action.
